JANICE L. MEYER
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Janice co-founded Rellevant Partners with Jessica Kates in 2019. Janice has over 20 years of distinguished experience on Wall Street as a #1 ranked research analyst and investment banker. She was a Managing Director, Senior Equity Analyst, and Consumer Group Head at Credit Suisse AG. She was also a Managing Director at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in equity research and at Morgan Stanley in investment banking. Janice’s core focus has been in the restaurant sector, in a variety of capital market areas including industry research, stock selection, IPOs and M&A. She has additional experience in the consumer and retail space. She has worked with a broad range of companies such as Chop’t Creative Salad Company, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, YUM Brands and McDonald’s Corp. Janice has been featured on leading business shows and publications, such as CNBC, Business Week, and the Wall Street Journal, and spoken at many industry conferences including the Women’s Foodservice Forum and the Restaurant Leadership Conference. Janice most recently served as CFO for a food and beverage entrepreneur, spearheading efforts to identify, analyze and invest in high-growth restaurant and consumer businesses.
Janice currently sits on the Board of Directors of The Cheesecake Factory, a leader in the full service dining category, and Tillster, Inc. a technology company that develops ordering solutions and customer analytics for the restaurant industry, and is a trustee of The Windward School, a not-for-profit school that educates children with language-based learning issues.
